Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. If you'd like to delete your LapFix account and all associated data, please follow the steps below.

Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data including booking history, contact information, and preferences will be permanently deleted.

How to Request Account Deletion

  1. Send an email to support@scopecode.ae
  2. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request - LapFix"
  3. Include the email address or phone number associated with your account
  4. We will process your request within 7 business days
  5. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted

Data that will be deleted:

  • Your name and contact information
  • Email address and phone number
  • Booking history and service records
  • Contact inquiries and messages
  • All associated preferences and settings

Data retention: After account deletion, we may retain anonymized data for analytics purposes. No personally identifiable information will be kept.
